Biography
Kiwi Paul Grinder (GRIN-der not GRIND-er) has worked mainly as a second unit director on other local tv and film projects such as the movie The Navigator. His main contribution over the years has been as second unit director on Xena but got to direct some episodes. Well, one and a half..Paul directed the Xena and Gabrielle parts of the Season 5 episode, Lifeblood, but didn't receive an onscreen credit - that went to Michael Hurst who directed the unseen pilot show 'Amazon High' that formed the bulk of that episode.
